First things first let me blog about my personal stuffs =x
Just came back from work~
So tired today not enough staffs only 3 people do closing!
2 outside and 1 inside the counter
But we still finished quite early cuz we started closing early
Today not really busy
Ok here comes the main thing~
Call me childish, boliao, crazy, stupid, never die before, whatever~
I'm still going to rant about this..
I don't care if the HQ is going to see this..
After closing, I took out the communications book to read
And I saw Azlin's message regarding an old staff writing a few negative comments on his working experience in pastamania on his blog.
The HQ saw it(HQ very free hor dig our blogs to see) and demand us to stop writing about pastamania and that they will be monitoring the blogs from now on.
If we want to write then write in our personal diary.

Yes a blog is just like a personal diary just that its accessible to our own friends too (unless you advertise your blog in public)
Its our own private space to re-enact on our personal daily life and rant about anything we like.
What rights do they have to stop us from writing about our personal life?
Its not like we are doing something illegal like making racist comments or whatever shit
We are just ranting about our personal experience in work, is that illegal?
Come on! What are the chances that in this world you can find a job that you will never have even a single slightest complain about it and you are forever happy when you are working?
0.00000000001% chance? Well the answer is NO!
Its a total solid 0% chance!
As the saying goes 'Nothing is perfect'.. The same goes for a job~
No matter what your job is (Boss, Manager, Janitor, Businessman, President, Mechanic, Waiter etc.) there will surely be some complain you have about it throughout your working experience.
If there are no complains at all then that would really be weird
And they are going to monitor the blogs?
More like monitoring our personal life!
So what if we are not going to write about it?
We will still rant to our friends about it and then friends spread to friends and does it really make a difference in the end?
So what if we still continue to complain about our work on our blogs?
Are they going to dismiss us or make things difficult for the outlet and staffs?
Wouldn't that be an even greater joke?
PASTAMANIA dismiss employees/make things difficult for employees for ranting about their working experience on their personal blog (ridiculous?)
If you think what we are doing is wrong then why not think whether what you are doing is right?
But anyway what I have to say is my overall experience working in pastamania is pretty good.
Quite happy working here~
Staffs and managers are nice people =D
To the HQ if they even happen to see this post,

Anyway why should I even be pleading,
but wellll for politeness sake I shall add a please =x
Soooo HQ if you really have so much free time then PLEASE do something more constructive instead of wasting your precious time on 'monitoring' the blogs of your employees
Yes this entry may be harsh but to my fellow staffs if even a SINGLE one of you think that this entry might get us all into trouble feel free to tell me or leave a message on my tagboard and I will remove the post without hesitation. I don't wish to drag anybody into trouble..
And if anyone is thinking of impersonating as someone on my tagboard DON'T BOTHER!
Cause theres a simple function called IP tracking for the tagboard or I could just ask the person in person =DD~
